Sleep Deprivation totally sucks
Have you ever told yourself that you were going to bed early? But end up watching a tv show, movie, you haven’t seen in years? months? Then find yourself tossing and turning by the time it’s 4AM?! Well yeah that’s me. For about 3 weeks now i haven’t been having my normal sleeping pattern and it pretty much just blows! I’d wake up at 620AM : Monday-Friday getting about 2 hours of sleep. Then working out, doing some work and then crash for about 5 hours during the afternoon. It sucks and i don’t know what i should do. I dont feel tired till about noon. I neglect cleaning my room and i start to feel lazy. It’s not that i dont want to sleep, i just have trouble falling asleep and i usually try to just lay there, close my eyes and wish that i dont have to wake up at 30 minutes. Then stay up tossing and turning till i fall asleep. GRR! any ideas on how to get my normal sleeping pattern back to normal!?!
